Security

Digital Surveillance
CCTV cameras capture & record every movement in the common areas of the building & campus. Security personnel in the BMS room monitor the same round the clock to ensure utmost security.
Visitor Management
All visitors are required to check-in and check-out at the security desk. Video footage ensures that no one is left unseen.
Keyless Entry to Lobby
The entrance lobby door lock is equipped with an infrared sensor & can only be opened by residents' access cards.
Guard Tour System
Guard Tour System enables verification and accountability of a guard's movement by providing the location, time and date stamp. Our system uses a reader that the guard carries along and uses every time he walks by a checkpoint. Upon each contact made, a date and time stamped along with the checkpoint information is recorded into the device.

Safety

Water Treatment Plant
All drinking and bathing water passes through 4 levels of filters: sand, carbon, chlorination and ultimately a UV process to ensure that it is fully purified.
Fire Fighting System
Fully automated fire fighting system is fixed into passage cabinets on each floor & is easily accessible in case of emergency. Entire car park has sprinkler system, that will start automatically during a fire threat. There is provision of courtyard hydrants around the campus. All piping is supported by multiple water pumps, each acting as a fail safe for the other, ensuring that high pressure / high discharge is available at time of emergency. Electronic system has addressable fire alarms at each floor in common lobby which will go off in case of smoke, fire, excess heat, or manual activation. Will notify the entire building in case of emergency.
Seismic Resistant Building Design
Buildings are planned and constructed in a way to withstand high levels of shocks in case of any emergency.
Anti Termite Treatment
All buildings and landscape have been given anti-termite treatment to prevent the occurrence if these pesky insects.
iDetect
Microprocessor based detector is calibrated to detect gas & smoke. If the gas/smoke concentration in the air crosses prescribed limit, the detector will give Audio Visual alarm.
Lightening Arresters
Each building roof is fitted with an arrester which will prevent lightening from hitting any part of the building or campus during storms.

Utility

Hydroneumatic Water Supply Pumping System
Fully automatic high pressure based system comes with antitrust bearings, anti corrosion and erosion coatings thereby increasing the life of the pump and leading to lower maintenance charges. The pumps can withstand wide voltage fluctuations and are designed to prevent overloading and motor burning.
Sewage Treatment Plant
Treatment of all sewage prevents any build-up of solid waste, thereby reducing the chances of any waste odour.
Water Treatment Plant
At the Water Treatment Plant, all drinking and bathing water passes through sand, carbon filter, chlorination, and ultimately a UV process to ensure that it is fully purified. The unique advantage of the UV Water Purification System is that it offers an on-line fail-safe validation with a sensor, testing the water before it is delivered to the apartments. UV Purification systems are considered to be the most modern, rapid, easy, safe, and durable solutions to achieve a very high rate of bacterial disinfection.
Street Lighting
Campus road is fully lit with white LED lights, that gives the same illumination levels as that of 150 watt regular floodlight.
TV / Telephone Infrastructure
Television cable and telephone connection points provided in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms for ready-made connectivity and out of the box use. Each point has a separate DB with separate wire which will help getting the correct communication signal & is easy to maintain. You can avail multiple operator services very easily.
Music & Public Address System
Campus has camouflaged speakers matched with landscape design and connected to centralised music system for entertainment. The speakers are also connected with public address system to make announcements. The system has different zones to provide multi-functionality so that you can have distinct environments or separated announcements.
Wi-Fi Campus
You can stay connected round the clock in our fully wi-fi campus.
Thermal Insulation for Roof Terrace
Terraces have been coated with heat shield water based chemical to block heat & keep the building cool.

Automatic High Speed Lift
Superior quality Lifts with excellent operational efficiency, impressive speed, whisper ride navigation and no problem of gear backlash are programmed for overload protection to enhance safety. They have Automatic Rescue Device which helps prevent anyone from getting stuck in the elevator.

Environmental

Plumbing System
For use of recycled water for flushing, two stack system of plumbing is adopted which helps to save virgin water and reuses the treated water. Entire pumping system works on variable frequency drives thereby saving electricity & mechanical wear & tear of equipment.
Solar Water Heating System
Superior quality force circulation Solar water Heating System provides every user with hot water of constant temperature irrespective of time and use. Large capacity per flat limits the use of the gas back. All residents get hot water naturally.
Sewage Treatment Plant
Waste water is treated in the plant and recycled as toilet water - saves up to 6 gallons of fresh water per flush.
Rain Water Harvesting
The storm water drainage with intermediate chambers having bores will take care of excess rain water to be discharged into the ground & increase the ground water levels.
Mechanical Bio-composting
100% bio-degradable waste treatment - Saveco plant works to convert waste into manure that can be used for gardening or other field applications.
